Project Scope Description
Project: Second-Story Addition to Existing Single-Story Single-Family Home
Project Overview
This project involves the design and construction of a new second-story addition to an existing single-story single-family residence. The scope includes architectural and engineering development, selective demolition of the existing roof, structural reinforcement of the existing building, building the new second-floor living space, integrating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and completing interior and exterior finishes. The completed addition will expand the home’s livable area while maintaining structural integrity, compliance with local building codes, and consistency with the home’s existing architectural character.
