Project Scope Description
Remodel + addition, and garage conversion into an ADU to an existing Single Story Single-Family Home.
Project Overview
The project is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1: A comprehensive remodel of the existing home. Phase 2: The construction of a residential addition. Phase 3: The conversion of an existing garage into a two-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The project is designed to modernize the residence, increase livable space, and provide an additional independent dwelling unit, while maintaining architectural cohesion and compliance with all applicable building, zoning, and energy codes.
